      The letters and terms are registered in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and are also registered internationally, Marca Registrada, Hecho En USA; and may not be reproduced or published in any manner whatsoever without prior written permission from Inscape Publishing, Inc., Suite 800, 6465 Wayzata Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55426-1725 USA.

      Likewise, all DiSC tests, reports, booklets, brochures, catalogs, CDs, DVDs, computer software, and all other such materials of whatever name and kind published by Inscape Publishing, and/or downloaded from Inscape's EPIC website, and/or used through Inscape's PPSS, are copyrighted and servicemarked as appropriate by Inscape Publishing, Inc., are registered nationally and internationally, and may not be reproduced or published in any manner whatsoever without prior written permission from Inscape Publishing.

      In addition to the Inscape Publishing materials described above -- all other images, copy, logos, photographs, text, and materials of every kind displayed on this website, and/or copied from, and/or downloaded from this website, including any and all pages of the book, The Specific Action Personality System, and of the free guide, How to Empower Your People With DiSC, are servicemarked and copyrighted, both nationally and internationally, as appropriate, by Specific Action Corporation; and may not be published, printed, reproduced, edited, altered, broadcast, circulated, sold, distributed, or commercially exploited in any way, by any electronic, digital, tape, or print means, without prior written permission from Specific Action Corporation (SAC), PO Box 19125, Greensboro, NC 27419-9125 USA
